Wenzhou Longzhu Iron and Steel Valve Co. Ltd is located in the Wenzhou development zone of new and high technology where is quite beautiful and convenient in traffic. This company was founded in 1987, and with more than 20 years’ hard working, it has been developed into a comprehensive enterprise focusing on researching, developing, manufacturing as well as selling valve castings and mechanical accessories, and is now one of the largest foundries in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. With a capital assert of over 80 million yuan, the company covers a construction area of more than 16500 square meters and holds over 300 staffs and 12 engineering technical personnel, It mainly produces valve castings and mechanical accessory castings, among which the annual capacity of steel casting exceeds 6000 tons (with each single steel weight under 3.5 tons), and the annual capacity of iron casting reaches over 1000 tons (with each single iron casting weight under 4 tons). The steel castings mainly include carbon steel, medium and low alloy steels, also steels of ultra low temperature for special use. And the iron castings mainly comprise alloy iron and high-chromium iron.

The company is equipped with the world first-class production device of resin sand processing line, 7 medium frequency induction furnaces (among which four weigh 1 ton, two 1.5 tons and one 5 tons), as well as 4 heat treatment resistance-type furnaces. Adding up with excellent processing facilities, standardized productions and professional labor division, it forms a perfect processing flow. Yet it keeps investing huge fund for a better technical development, establishing new product research and development centers and exploiting new techniques together with the Material institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
Sticking to the policy of “treating people with sincerity; enhancing quality for prosperity” and the principle of “credit the first; quality the first”, the company has established a leading modern quality inspection and testing center in the field. Devices like direct reading spectrograph, Radiography Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetration Testing, Impact Tester (-60℃ 300/150), Coordinate Measuring Machine, Hardness Test Machine, Sand-mold Test Machine, and Ermocouple Thermometry could provide strict test on the quality of the product. In the year 1999, the company became the first in the industry to acquire the product self-running import and export right. Later, in 2002, the company obtained the CE approval of EU and TS approval because of its reliable quality and accomplished the examination and verification of exchanging the certificate of ISO9001: 2000 quality management system and of CE product quality approving system, which ensured a good management of the company as well as a steady, continuous and efficient improvement of the product quality. Therefore, it has earned unanimous reputation from customers home and abroad every year.
